L0gik, an AdTech company under the same group as FK Agency, is looking for a Junior Project Analyst for fully remote work (100% home office). About L0gik: We are a team of technology specialists. We develop customized, data-science-driven solutions to extract valuable business insights for our clients, automating processes to increase revenue without increasing budget. Our services include: marketing-oriented technology, Deep Tech, Data Science, Auditing, Implementation, Data Integration and Analysis, Dataviz (dashboards), and Performance War Rooms. Our main clients are marketing operations and digital agencies; Who you’ll work with: \- Interface with agency account teams; \- Interface with internal teams across Development, BI, and CRM disciplines; \- Interface with clients; Your responsibilities: \- Task management: from understanding briefings with agencies, assigning tasks to responsible specialists, managing deadlines, and ensuring delivery quality; \- Project management: from basic scope documentation, schedule management, stakeholder communication, RACI matrix definition, WBS definition, and task creation in the system; \- Documentation using Google Workspace and Asana; \- Organizing meeting agendas/minutes; \- Validation/QA of all deliverables before client release. Requirements: Experience in digital marketing / digital product projects; Experience in CRM Marketing, SEO, Web Analytics, Tagging, website development, and Dataviz projects; Knowledge of and interest in communication and technology; Desirable: Basic experience and knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Assistant; Basic experience and knowledge of RD Station, Brevo, HubSpot, Kommo, or other marketing automation tools; Familiarity with Waterfall, Lean, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies; Strong writing skills; Strong verbal communication skills; Interest in generative AI.
