System development with Java/J2EE 3. 100% remote work with a focus on collaboration Join a company that loves transforming through technology and embraces diversity in all its forms! **Responsibilities and Duties** Required Skills/Qualifications: * Proficiency in system development using the Java/J2EE language and related technologies: * Java 8, Java 17, and Java 21 * Spring Framework Java * Spring Boot * EJB * JPA and Hibernate * Application servers: JBoss and WildFly; HTTP servers: Jetty, Undertow * Maven * IntelliJ or Eclipse * Use of digital certificates / Java Secure Socket Extension (JSSE) * Architecture of distributed applications using REST, SOAP WebServices, RMI * Implementation of REST APIs using Swagger * Strong expertise in implementing HTTPS (TLS) and Mutual\-SSL (mTLS) communication in Java * Solid knowledge of application containerization and Docker * Expertise in integration concepts and architecture applying: Event\-Based Architecture and Event Streaming * Solid knowledge of databases: Oracle Database and MongoDB * Proficiency in Object-Oriented Modeling and UML * Solid knowledge of Apache Kafka or ActiveMQ * Familiarity with cloud computing principles * Strong knowledge of data formats, encoding, and structures including: JSON, XML, ProtoBuf (Google Protocol Buffers), or Apache Avro * Solid knowledge of industry-standard Design Patterns (Reference: Gang Of Four) * Intermediate English (reading, writing, and speaking) **Requirements and Qualifications** Desirable Skills: * Solid knowledge of Redis (Open or Enterprise) * Distributed application architecture: gRPC and Apache Kafka * Solid knowledge of: Kubernetes, OpenShift, and/or Amazon EKS * NGINX HTTP/HTTPS server * Knowledge of techniques and patterns for developing high-performance, self\-healing, and auto\-scaling applications **Additional Information** **Desirable:** Want to learn more about us and join the team building the future? **\#VemSerSpreader** **Transforming the world with technology** We are nearly 2\.500 Spreaders, spread across 22 Brazilian states via Spread Anywhere, enabling us to work **100% remotely**, depending on the contract model.
