Job Summary: A professional to lead the definition and maintenance of strategic KPIs, structure semantic models, and develop dashboards for decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Support the development of junior and mid-level professionals by implementing a data-driven culture. Description: * Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Advanced SQL (CTEs, Performance Tuning, Optimized Views). * Advanced Power BI (Complex DAX, Role-Level Security, Row-Level Security). * Experience with multi-source environments (SAP is a strong plus). * Solid knowledge of dimensional modeling. * Strong experience with Python. * Familiarity with Airflow and Kafka: operational expertise not required, but understanding of the data pipeline is essential. Main Responsibilities: * Lead the definition and maintenance of corporate strategic KPIs. * Structure robust and reusable semantic models. * Conduct advanced analyses (Correlation, Projections, Scenarios). * Develop dashboards for decision-making using Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio...). * Support Data Engineering in designing consumption-layer data warehouse architecture. * Collaborate with executive leadership to establish managerial and strategic visibility. * Ensure indicator governance (catalog, versioning, clarity). * Support the development of Junior and Mid-level analysts. * Implement a data-driven culture across other departments. 2512050202181905395
