Focus on software quality, CI/CD, and observability **Area Mission** Ensure digital products are developed with quality, scalability, and alignment to business needs, maintaining technical consistency across development teams. **Your Mission** Act as a technical reference in software development and architecture, combining hands-on coding with strategic responsibilities (e.g., architecture definition and best practices) to guide teams, ensure delivery quality, and support technological evolution decisions. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will be your responsibilities?** * Define, document, and evolve application architecture (mobile or backend, depending on the role). * Act as Tech Lead, participating in code development and guiding the team in technical decisions. * Support product and design teams in defining technical solutions aligned with business needs. * Ensure software engineering best practices (testability, maintainability, code quality). * Conduct code reviews, mentoring, and ongoing support for developers. * Participate in selecting and integrating new tools, frameworks, and technologies. * Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, CI/CD, and observability. * Ensure solutions comply with performance, security, and scalability requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Profile We Seek** We seek a professional with strong initiative and leadership, capable of making technical decisions aligned with business vision. Additionally, adaptability to dynamic and challenging environments is expected, contributing to the continuous evolution of projects and processes. **Skills** Solid development experience (mobile or backend, as per the role). Experience as Tech Lead or technical reference in complex projects. Experience with modern architectures (microservices, DDD, REST/GraphQL APIs, event-driven). Software quality best practices: automated testing, code coverage, design patterns, clean code. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and continuous integration. Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Firebase, Prometheus, etc.). Bonus: cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), application security, and API governance. **What You Must Have:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
