POSITION: SENIOR ACCOUNTING ANALYST #1257 **Company:** Escudo Real – Accounting Office The **Escudo Real**, an accounting office recognized for its seriousness, technical excellence, and results-oriented approach, is seeking a **Senior Accounting Analyst** to join its team. ### **Employment Model:** * **PJ Contract** * **Compensation:** To be agreed upon ### **What We Offer:** * Autonomy and active participation in technical decision-making * A professional, collaborative environment focused on quality * Opportunities for growth and long-term partnership ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute and review accounting entries and reconciliations * Conduct monthly and annual accounting closings * Prepare, analyze, and validate financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, statement of changes in equity, among others) * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and current legislation * Calculate and review taxes, as well as ancillary obligations * Serve as a technical support point for the accounting team * Attend to and advise clients on accounting and tax-related matters * Support audits and inspections, when required ### **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences * Solid experience working in an accounting office * Proficiency in standard accounting and tax routines * In-depth knowledge of companies under Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real tax regimes * Experience with SPED Contábil and SPED Fiscal * Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council) registration * Experience in team management or supervision * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills Minimum Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree
