Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What we’re looking for?** We seek an agile, organized, and efficient individual with a proactive attitude, strong sense of priority, and problem-resolution focus—someone who thrives in dynamic environments and delivers direct impact on client operations. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Providing in-person support to end users; * Logging, tracking, and closing tickets using an ITSM tool (e.g., OTRS); * Supporting workstations (Windows), laptops, and peripherals; * Assisting with printer configuration and maintenance; * Providing basic network support (connectivity, Wi\-Fi, structured cabling); * Installing and updating corporate software; * Supporting email tools, Office/Microsoft 365 suite, and internal systems; * Adhering to IT department policies, procedures, and SLAs. * Handling tickets related to: * Operating systems (Windows); * Software, hardware, and peripherals; * Computer networks; * Office / Microsoft 365 suite; * Printers, scanners, and mobile devices; * IT services, information security, and corporate products; * Performing initial analysis, troubleshooting, and resolving low-to-medium complexity incidents and service requests; * Escalating tickets to appropriate resolver groups when necessary, ensuring accurate transfer of technical information; * Delivering technical support aimed at maximizing system availability, stability, and performance for client environments; * Guiding and training users, as needed, on proper usage of systems, equipment, and IT best practices; * Supporting operational activities, validation routines, technical checklists, and recurring environmental tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic knowledge in:** * Windows operating system; * Office / Microsoft 365 suite; * Hardware (desktops, laptops, printers); * Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP); * Terminal Server / Remote Desktop Services; * Information Security (best practices, access control, policies); * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) **Preferred qualifications:** * Prior experience in technical support or service desk roles; * Experience in critical and high-availability environments; * Basic understanding of ITIL; * Familiarity with **OTRS** or similar tools (GLPI, ServiceNow, Freshservice); * Basic knowledge of environment monitoring and 24x7 operational support. **Work Schedule:** * ****Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, in Guarulhos \- SP **NOTE:** Hey!
