Location: Suzano Shopping Main Responsibilities: * **Sales and Cashiering** * In-store customer service and sales to end consumers. * Cashiering and packaging customers' orders; during seasonal periods, freelancers are hired for these functions. * **Organization and Receiving** * Each sales associate is responsible for organizing a specific section within the store. This section rotates monthly. Organization includes maintaining fully stocked and VM-compliant display racks. * Sales associates are also responsible for restocking inventory upon arrival of new merchandise. * **Cleaning** * Routine store cleaning, divided into small tasks, is the team's responsibility. Deep cleaning is handled by a housekeeper hired monthly. * **Omnichannel** * The store operates an Omnichannel sales system, for which sales associates are also responsible. Daily order verification and preparation are required. * **Continuous Learning** * Regularly access the online learning platform to complete refresher courses and new training modules. **Morning Shift: 9:40 AM to 6:00 PM on a 6x1 rotating schedule** **Compensation:** Compensation consists of a fixed salary of **R$2\.184,45 \+ Holiday Pay R$57,00 \+ 100% overtime pay on holidays \+** Commission \+ Transportation Allowance (VT) Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) VT
