




Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring vehicles, ensuring route compliance, handling irregularities, reporting anomalies, and coordinating actions to enhance logistical tracking efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Real-time vehicle monitoring and tracking. 2. Handling of route irregularities and anomalies. 3. Communication and coordination for logistics optimization. * Track, monitor, and ensure that vehicles equipped with SMP follow their routes within the parameters pre\-defined by the client. * Handle and generate incident reports for route irregularities during trips (workflows) according to client instructions. * Notify supervision and responsible parties of any anomalies detected during trips that exhaust procedures predefined by the APISULLOG system or the client's internal systems. * Request route corrections from leadership to prevent irregularities during trips and ensure accurate tracking. * Analyze whether client-side interference affects monitoring, thereby avoiding complications in potential claims. * Request information from the client and/or drivers via telephone and/or e\-mail when the tracking system identifies an irregularity during a trip, aiming to identify or rule out any type of event. * Send commands or messages to drivers, upon client request, via Integra or Tracking Technologies, for logistical purposes. * Monitor vehicles from other bases to cover increased demand or absences and shift intervals of other team members. * Keep the immediate manager informed whenever needing to leave the base, to avoid negatively impacting client service. * In the absence of supervisors/analysts, represent the team to the client, conveying all information regarding situations occurring during trips via e\-mail and, in specific cases, by telephone, so they may take corrective actions to resolve reported irregularities. * During shifts/hours without supervision/analysts, manage central operations, assign tasks among operators, and escalate issues to management if any incidents arise. * Maintain an organized workplace to improve efficiency and productivity.
