Job Summary: An Architecture or Civil Engineering professional to conduct technical and economic feasibility studies, manage projects, lead teams, and focus on acquiring new business opportunities and optimizing costs. Focus on acquiring new business opportunities and optimizing costs Description: * Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering; * Postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or related fields is desirable; * Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Microsoft Office suite (Excel with emphasis on analysis and modeling); * Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) is desirable; * Prior experience in developing feasibility studies or working for real estate developers/construction companies; * Analytical profile, strong organizational skills, and ability to coordinate across departments; * Experience in leading technical teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously is desirable. * Contribute to acquiring new business by developing studies and projects that support technical and economic feasibility, focusing on VGV security, licensing, and construction costs; * Develop and coordinate technical solutions during the feasibility stage in collaboration with technical departments (GETEC) and specialist consultants, always seeking optimal alternatives at the lowest cost; * Ensure communication and alignment of projects with other involved departments (Legal and Executive Projects), conducting structured meetings and briefings throughout the acquisition process; * Manage project demand by planning feasibility studies according to regional priorities in an organized and strategic manner; * Lead team management, promoting individual and collective development aligned with company culture, encouraging engagement, training, and guidance toward achieving established goals. 2512130202201802302
