Description

The **Junior Telecom Analyst** will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and supporting Backhaul network environments, with a focus on networking equipment: routers and microwave radios. Key responsibilities include providing technical support to field professionals through incident ticket management and resolution, ensuring agility and efficiency in addressing incidents. The role also involves supporting internal and external teams to ensure the availability, performance, and stability of the mobile network connectivity infrastructure. **Responsibilities and duties** * Operate and maintain the mobile access (Backhaul) network 24x7 under supervised guidance. * Support configuration and troubleshooting of Metro networking equipment (Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, and Nokia). * Support configuration and troubleshooting of Microwave Radio and SDH systems. * Provide technical support to field teams in handling daily failures and incidents. * Perform initial failure analysis and correlation using monitoring tools and management platforms. * Collaborate with departments such as Operations, NOC, Engineering, and Deployment to resolve incidents. * Assist in tracking network performance and quality indicators. * Contribute to preparing operational reports and monitoring outcomes. * Help identify recurring failures and propose improvements focused on network stability and customer experience. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree. * PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Knowledge equivalent to CCNA certification. * Experience in Radio/SDH support. **Additional information** Here’s what we offer you: At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees.
