We seek professionals whose **values** align with ours: Care for people Responsibility Ethics Excellence and results Customer-centricity Requirements: We are looking for a **QA ANALYST** with experience in full functional validation (end\-to\-end), from interfaces (screens) to business rules and system integrations (APIs and data feeds), with at least 3 years of QA experience, to ensure software/system quality in high-criticality environments. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, design, and execute functional, exploratory, and regression tests. * Validate end\-to\-end functionalities: + Interfaces (screens/front\-end); + User journeys; + Business rules. * Test and validate system integrations (APIs) and high-volume data flows. * Ensure quality in data pipelines and integrations. * Identify, document, and track bugs. * Perform UAT across environments (DEVELOPMENT, STAGING, and PRE\-PRODUCTION). * Support definition of acceptance criteria. * Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * 3\+ years of QA experience. * Experience validating functionalities (UI \+ Business Rules). * Experience in functional, exploratory, and regression testing. * Experience validating and testing system integrations (APIs: Postman, Insomnia or similar tools). * Experience with high-volume or critical systems. * Experience defining test strategies. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Knowledge of bug-tracking tools (Jira or similar). * Knowledge of JSON and API contracts. **Behavioral Skills** * Attention to detail (UI, business rules, and data). * Critical and inquisitive mindset (especially regarding business rules). * Strong, clear communication across technical and business areas. * Organization and prioritization skills. * Proactivity in daily tasks. * Analytical ability. * Sense of responsibility and ownership. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in test automation (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium or similar). * Experience in performance testing (JMeter, k6\). * Experience with microservices and/or messaging systems (Kafka). * Experience in data quality and pipeline validation. * Programming language knowledge (JS, Python, Java). * Familiarity with CI/CD. * English proficiency. * Technical leadership experience in QA (technical reference). * Ability to influence technical decisions. * Autonomy and initiative. * Prioritization capability in complex environments. * Mentoring and knowledge sharing.
