In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing real estate market data to support acquisition decisions, product development, pricing, and launches. The goal is to ensure our strategic decisions are always grounded in quantitative and competitive evidence. **Join us in building the future!** **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitor the real estate market (new launches, inventory, sales velocity, pricing, and competitor positioning) Monitor the real estate market (new launches, inventory, sales velocity, pricing, and competitor positioning) Consolidate and analyze supply and demand data, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks Conduct market feasibility studies for new developments and land parcels Structure and maintain historical databases of internal and competitor projects Support product definition (unit mix, sizes, standards, and competitive positioning) Support planning and tracking of real estate launches Perform pricing analysis, price elasticity analysis, and benchmarking Develop periodic executive reports to support leadership decision-making **Requirements and Qualifications** Analytical, critical, and data-driven profile Ability to transform data into strategic insights Organization and attention to detail Strong communication skills for presenting analyses and recommendations Proactivity and autonomy Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments Business acumen and prioritization sense Advanced Excel (mandatory) BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Data and market indicator analysis Familiarity with the real estate market and product development Basic statistics and data interpretation Desirable: knowledge of SQL or data manipulation tools Office suite (PowerPoint for executive presentations) **Additional Information** Our benefits package: Meal voucher (VR) Food allowance (VA) Life insurance Health and dental plans Gympass We are driven by a culture that values people, encourages leadership, and pursues excellence in every detail.
