Job Summary: The professional will support the implementation and maintenance of continuous improvement programs, factory visual management, and audits, consolidating data and promoting best practices. Key Highlights: 1. Support the implementation and maintenance of the 5S Program 2. Support the structuring of continuous improvement projects 3. Support the unit's preparation for WCM audits **We count on you to** • Support the implementation, maintenance, and auditing of the 5S Program, monitoring action plans and progress of results; • Support factory visual management, ensuring updates to indicator boards, operational standards, international reports, and WCM routine materials; • Support the structuring and tracking of continuous improvement projects, assisting in data collection/analysis and monitoring of action plans; • Monitor the implementation of improvements identified in Cost Deployment, supporting departments in execution and measurement of gains; • Consolidate and track records of savings and implemented improvements, organizing evidence and supporting result validation; • Support the unit's preparation for WCM audits, organizing evidence and monitoring compliance with program requirements; • Identify, document, and disseminate best practices and improvements, contributing to the spread of WCM culture; • Support the structuring and updating of the WCM evolution Roadmap, focusing on foundation and pillars; • Support training and awareness activities for operational and administrative teams. • Analyze data and indicators using supporting tools (Excel, Power BI, CRM). **Is this job right for you?** Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Production or Administration. • Knowledge of: Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps are desirable. • Experience with continuous improvement tools such as WCM, TPM, Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Ishikawa, Pareto, etc. Job Reference: BRA01576
