Interested in a career that delivers greater returns? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor the full order cycle for reels, cards, and chips, ensuring correct execution of all operational steps. * Track service orders, guaranteeing adherence to established deadlines and delivery quality. * Analyze the performance of multiple suppliers by monitoring performance indicators, success rates, and completion timelines. * Develop, implement, and monitor action plans focused on continuous improvement of operational performance. * Support initiatives aimed at optimizing operational workflows and processes to increase efficiency and productivity. * Conduct critical analyses to identify improvement opportunities in systems, processes, and operational routines. **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience in logistics operations with a focus on last-mile delivery. * Intermediate-level data analysis skills. * Experience managing operational performance and tracking KPIs. * Project management experience. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for operational analysis and controls. * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
