Job Summary: You will be responsible for collecting, organizing, processing, and structuring data, working on the creation of data pipelines and interactive dashboards to support strategic decision-making. You will develop and maintain data pipelines and build interactive dashboards in Power BI, aiming to transform raw data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making at the managerial level. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your main activities:** * Develop and maintain data pipelines, integrating various internal sources with a focus on automating and standardizing data flows used in management reports. * Create, update, and enhance Power BI dashboards, ensuring clear, functional visualizations aligned with business area needs. * Collaborate with other technical teams (e.g., processes, systems, security) as needed to align integrations, access permissions, and data governance best practices. * Model and structure data efficiently and reusably, promoting a simple, organized data architecture aligned with industry best practices. * Clean, transform, and standardize raw data to ensure quality, consistency, and reliability in analyses. * Document data flows and business rules applied in datasets and dashboards, ensuring traceability and proper maintenance of solutions. * Support teams in defining performance indicators (KPIs) and structuring automated reports to facilitate tracking of strategic metrics. * Monitor and optimize scripts and queries used in data extraction and manipulation processes, ensuring performance and scalability. * Explore data using analytical and investigative approaches to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement in decision-making. * Collaborate with other technical teams (e.g., data engineering or information security) as needed to align integrations, access permissions, and data governance best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We expect you to have:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. * Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric. * SQL for data manipulation and extraction. * Programming languages applied to data (preferably Python). * Knowledge of data architecture and best practices for organization and performance. * Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes. * Knowledge of APIs and basic data integrations. * Basic English proficiency for understanding systems. **Additional Information** At Redbelt Security, we believe everyone has the potential to play a key role in mutual growth.
