We value technical insight, collective responsibility, and a commitment to continuously doing better.** **Here, professional growth walks hand-in-hand with human growth, because we know that engineering’s true strength lies in people.** **More than moving trains, we move cities, connect stories, and help build the future of urban mobility** **If you meet the requirements for this opportunity, submit your application and don’t forget to share it with your network.** **Our job openings are also inclusive.** **\#Engetrens \#GrupoComporte \#Oportunidades** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Function Mission:** * Responsible for leading and supporting implementation and administrative management under contracts with suppliers, contractors, and service providers—ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and providing administrative support to construction teams, across relevant processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the management of engineering, construction, and specialized service contracts related to implementation and administration; * Interface with suppliers, contractors, and technical departments during project development, performing technical-operational management and monitoring execution activities with focus on deadlines, costs, safety, and quality. * Monitor physical and financial schedules, as well as performance indicators, organization of templates, work orders, and implementation processes. * Support and monitor contract execution, ensuring compliance with SLAs and legal obligations; * Prepare reports providing data and analyses; * Support the management, monitoring, and control of third-party measurements; * Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of administrative and implementation processes, procedures, and workflows across project areas; * Participate in internal meetings, tracking demands and contributing to problem resolution; * Organize and manage activities related to Implementation and Financial Administrative Management; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring integration and alignment in team management; * Support communication between contractors, ensuring clarity and alignment of information, working integrally with administrative, financial, and production departments; * Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative and implementation management practices to optimize project/business development.   **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Experience: minimum of 5 years supporting and/or managing contracts for heavy infrastructure projects and their interfaces. **Additional Information** **Benefits We Offer:** **Medical Assistance (SulAmérica)** – Take care of your health with one of the market’s top-tier plans, ensuring quality and security for you. **Meal Voucher** – R$ 1,154.00 monthly for your meals. **Transportation Voucher** – Easier mobility for your daily commute. **Profit Sharing (PLR)** – We recognize your performance with variable compensation aligned with company results. **Wellhub Partnership** – Access to gyms, studios, and wellness apps to support your physical and mental health.
