Come be Valestrá! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform analysis and control of operational financial routines; * Monitor billing, pre\-billing, and financial cash flow processes; * Review contracts, measurement reports, invoices, and other financial documents; * Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely fulfillment of deadlines; * Prepare financial reports, KPIs, and managerial analyses; * Support financial closing and reconciliations; * Identify inconsistencies and propose process improvements; * Interface with operational, administrative departments, and clients; * Ensure process compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements; * Support operational audits and internal controls. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in finance and operations; * Experience with billing, pre\-billing, and financial reconciliations; * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency; * Experience with ERP systems; * Analytical, organized profile with strong attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with financial KPIs and operational management; * Knowledge of cash flow management and financial analysis; * Experience in service companies or operational environments. **Additional Information** * Market\-competitive salary; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * TotalPass; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Childcare assistance.
