Creates data visualizations and automation to improve efficiency. The **Pre-Inspection** department is responsible for vehicle assessment during insurance coverage underwriting. It operates in risk assessment and prevention with quality and effectiveness, ensuring a relationship of commitment and respect with our brokers, insured parties, and employees. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for developing the most complex demands (committees/strategic matters) involving broad business knowledge and/or database expertise; * Producing studies and materials to ensure excellence at executive decision-making points; * Formulating and analyzing hypotheses to help the department achieve its strategic challenges; * Interacting with various departments of the Auto Executive Board to identify business opportunities and scale gains through the department’s digital transformation; * Developing studies that influence the performance of the pre-inspection department; * Creating data visualizations, dashboards, performance monitoring reports, AI-based models, and results from the pre-inspection department’s initiatives; * Presenting studies and reports to members of major product programs, aiming at decision-making; * Automating reports to increase team efficiency levels; * Actively contributing to processes reviewing risk assessment criteria, fraud prevention, and managing the auto portfolio’s results; * Participating in operational efficiency projects, with an analytical focus. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Statistics or related fields. Experience handling databases and generating decision-support information using SQL, Tableau and/or SAS; **Python:** Knowledge of Pandas and NumPy libraries for processing large datasets; Matplotlib and Seaborn libraries and Streamlit for data visualization and exploratory analysis. SQL \& Big Data: Experience with complex queries, especially in cloud environments such as BigQuery. Advanced Excel: Data manipulation and spreadsheet automation. **Data Visualization (BI):** Creation of dynamic dashboards and data governance in Power BI and Looker. **Process Automation:** Development of robots and workflow automations using Selenium (web scraping), PyAutoGUI (desktop), and Requests library (API consumption). Development Environment and Tools VS Code for script development Jupyter Notebook for exploratory analysis and technical presentations **Statistics Experience:** Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Python, Blue Prism, UI Path).
