




Job Summary: A professional responsible for the full lifecycle management of contracts and suppliers, from procurement and qualification through monitoring and document analysis, with a focus on infrastructure and civil construction. Analysis of proposals and tax documentation **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Responsible for supplier procurement through proposal analysis, aiming to comply with legal and internal requirements. * Carry out the supplier procurement process through proposal analysis, aiming to meet the project’s demand. * Issue purchase orders based on measurement analyses and reports, aiming to ensure correct payment for services rendered. * Generate purchase orders according to project needs, based on purchase requisitions, aiming to supply the project with necessary inputs for execution. * Qualify suppliers and monitor the services provided through documentary analysis. * Enter tax documents into an information system through verification of goods and services, aiming to transmit accurate information to the company’s tax department. * Carry out the supplier procurement process through proposal analysis, aiming to meet the project’s demand. * Observe and comply with quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations. **EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Law, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience in contract management at a civil construction \- infrastructure company. * Knowledge of infrastructure and construction contracts. * Ability to read and interpret engineering contracts. * Familiarity with measurements, physical and financial schedules. * Desirable knowledge of legislation applicable to construction and engineering contracts. * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (especially Excel). * Desirable knowledge of risk and contract management.
