Adient is a global company specializing in automotive seating solutions. It designs, manufactures, and supplies seat systems to vehicle manufacturers worldwide. **Responsibilities:** Supervise production teams and leadership, promoting development and discipline. Plan, monitor, and validate production and its key performance indicators. Act as a facilitator between production and other support departments (maintenance, quality, logistics, safety), fostering integrated and efficient collaboration. Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Previous experience as Production Coordinator, Operations Manager, Production Leader, or Manufacturing Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
