Inspects and supplies construction machines with rubber and fabric, collects and aligns fabric sheets, conducts daily material inventory, and organizes inventory. Collects TMA and Waste, sorts and properly packages them. Maintains workplace cleanliness and uses all required PPE for safety.**Responsibilities** ==================== **Machine Supply:** Daily, at the start of each shift, inspect all construction machines to verify the need for rubber and fabric. If necessary, supply machines by retrieving materials from inventory and placing them near the machines. **Fabric Sheet Handling:** Collect empty fabric sheets from all machines and feed them through the fabric alignment machine, then place them ready for the cutter and tire calender. **Material Inventory:** Conduct daily rubber and fabric inventory at the start of the first shift, using a specific form to record quantities found. Inform PCP so production scheduling can be performed based on available inventory. **Inventory Organization:** Keep rubber and fabric inventory organized to support smooth operations. Use hoists to transport materials to designated locations near operators to maintain productivity. **TMA and****Waste****Collection:** Using a manual cart, collect TMA and Waste fabric from all machines. Sort TMA by layer on a dedicated table without contamination for transfer to the calender. Package Wastes in appropriate containers and place them for collection by the Salvage Department. **Cleaning and Organization:** Perform workplace cleaning (3S), removing waste generated during task execution to maintain good working conditions and prevent product contamination. **Workplace Safety:** Use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for task execution. **Minimum Qualifications** ========================== Education: **Completed High School**.
