Job Summary: A Production Assistant is responsible for receiving, sorting, and preparing raw materials; keeping the production line supplied; and assisting in the assembly and packaging of equipment. Opportunity for professional growth **As a Production Assistant, your focus will include:** * Receiving and verifying raw materials for production orders; * Sorting and identifying raw materials for daily production orders; * Performing low-risk and low-complexity tasks related to raw material preparation; * Ensuring workstations on the production line remain adequately supplied to maintain productivity pace; * Assisting in the assembly and rework of luminaires (post-test maintenance, if required) or other equipment, following specifications or defined operation procedures, as requested; * Packaging produced equipment according to specifications and defined operation procedures; * Ensuring individual and collective safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment while performing tasks; * Maintaining custody, preservation, maintenance, and cleanliness of equipment, instruments, materials used, and the workplace; * Assisting in the maintenance of machines, equipment, and luminaires returned from field operations; * Assisting in the reclassification of non-conforming materials to facilitate disposal, separating components still usable, as validated by immediate leadership. **Basic Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in related activities.
