Today, Sondotécnica offers its expertise to projects in the following sectors: – Transportation – Sanitation – Housing – Urban Development – Energy – Industry – Environment – Irrigation. **Responsibilities** * Development of technical products related to projects; * Preparation of descriptive reports, quantitative spreadsheets, and real estate registrations; * Conducting preliminary studies; * Preparing basic, legal executive, and approval designs. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. * Postgraduate degree in Project Management is desirable. **Technical Competencies** * AutoCAD 2D and 3D; * Revit; * BIM; * Microsoft Office suite; **Experience** * Experience in housing project management or similar. **Behavioral Competencies** * Teamwork; * Proactivity; * Orientation toward high-quality deliverables; * Organization.
