Therefore, our opportunities are open to all individuals, regardless of origin, gender, race, sexual orientation, or beliefs. **This opportunity is also open to people with disabilities (PCD), aligned with our commitment to inclusion and diversity.** **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide technical and operational support; coordinate and lead activities related to the company’s quality management, working jointly with the Quality Coordination team and collaborating to ensure process, product, and service compliance—pursuing operational excellence and customer satisfaction, while ensuring adherence to applicable standards and regulations. Play a strategic role by contributing to the definition of quality guidelines and objectives; * Manage the Quality Management System; * Process Monitoring and Control: Monitor filling, storage, and energy distribution processes, verifying their compliance with established procedures and identifying potential improvement opportunities; * Data Collection and Analysis: Collect data and information related to product and process quality, using statistical tools and methods for analysis and data-driven decision-making; * Performance Indicator Analysis: Support the definition and monitoring of quality indicators to evaluate process and product performance, aiming to achieve established goals; * Audit Support: Contribute to planning and executing internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and the effectiveness of the Quality Management System; * Nonconformance Handling: Support the identification and resolution of nonconformances found in processes and products, assisting in implementing corrective and preventive actions; * Document Management: Collaborate in organizing and maintaining quality-related documents, ensuring their currency and availability to employees; * Cross-Functional Integration: Work jointly with other company areas to promote a quality culture, ensure process compliance across all stages of the energy distribution chain, and contribute to continuous improvement. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering; * Experience in quality management; * Advanced Excel skills; * Microsoft Office suite; * Analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions; * Willingness to travel; * Valid driver’s license; * In-depth knowledge of technical standards and regulations applicable to petroleum and energy sectors. **Desirable requirements:** * Extension courses on topics related to quality management systems; * Six Sigma certification; * Knowledge of lean manufacturing; * Experience with statistical process control; * Familiarity with quality tools; * Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001; * Experience leading teams and project management skills; * Solid experience in quality management, preferably within companies involved in LPG filling and distribution; * Certification in Quality Management Systems, such as ISO 9001\. **Employment type:** CLT. **Work model:** Hybrid **Location:** São Paulo \- Morumbi (South region) **Additional information** **What we offer:** * Meal allowance — a great help with household expenses! * Transportation allowance. * Health insurance — for you to take care of your health and your family’s (immediate dependents). * Dental insurance — to keep that bright smile! * Gympass — for you to take care of your physical health and stay full of energy! * Payroll-deducted consigned loan — with lower interest rates. * Profit-sharing program (PR); * Pharmacy card; * Extended maternity leave of 180 (one hundred and eighty) days to care for the most important person in your life! * Daycare assistance for mothers for 24 months upon return from maternity leave; * Paternity leave of up to 20 (twenty) days, at the employee’s discretion.
