Because here, we don’t just hire for roles — we invite you to be part of something bigger. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Analyze and co-develop pricing strategies for Unilever’s 4 Business Units via ECOA across all customer segments * Provide input and monitor the impact of pricing actions on competitiveness / profitability and market share * Monitor Sell-Out data (Scanntech) * Interface with Finance and other Trade colleagues to develop and track the sales/revenue/margin plan * Communicate and support the sales team regarding pricing actions * Develop and monitor pricing models based on margin and price elasticity * Evaluate and recommend price adjustments based on costs, profitability, and strategic positioning * Manage pricing tools (e.g., pricing simulator), ensuring accuracy and continuous information updates **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed undergraduate degree * Proficiency in Office suite tools, including Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint * Experience with Scanntech and Neogrid * Experience in pricing formulation across different categories and channels * Knowledge of price adjustments correlated with market movements (share) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Organized and planning-oriented profile * Availability to work onsite in São Paulo/SP three times per week * Teamwork is essential!
