Job Summary: Responsible for leading strategic outsourcing management processes, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation, thereby contributing to operational efficiency and corporate objectives. Process optimization and continuous improvement **Primary Role Objective:** Responsible for leading strategic outsourcing management processes, ensuring adherence to internal, contractual, and legal requirements. Acts analytically, guaranteeing that service providers' performance contributes to operational efficiency and achievement of Braspress's corporate objectives, strengthening compliance and risk mitigation. **MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform end-to-end third-party lifecycle management—from vendor qualification and document control to performance analysis and contract management. Monitor performance indicators, propose corrective and preventive action plans, conduct internal and external audits, and ensure labor, social security, and occupational safety compliance for contracted companies. Provide technical support to operational and procurement departments, participating in the definition of technical scopes and supplier selection criteria. Prepare managerial reports and strategic analyses, monitor contract expiration dates, and engage in continuous improvement initiatives, aiming to optimize processes, reduce operational risks, and promote efficiency and transparency in third-party management.
