We’re looking for a Digital Analyst with strong analytical vision—acting as guardian of the numbers and protagonist in generating insights that support strategic decisions. This person will be responsible for deeply analyzing datasets and reports, managing KPIs, building executive narratives, and serving as a liaison across departments—ensuring clarity, speed, and accuracy in decision-making. We seek someone capable of thinking strategically about the business, generating hypotheses, conducting rigorous analyses, and influencing decisions. Technical support (data engineering, modeling, dashboards, and visualizations) will be provided by the BI Analyst—therefore, partnership and communication between these two roles will be essential. RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor digital channel KPIs daily (Website, App, Telesales, Infinite Shelf, and SuperApps). * Interpret deviations, anticipate risks, and promptly alert coordination when necessary. * Conduct strategic analyses of growth, mix optimization, margin, profitability, and commercial efficiency. * Support planning, goal tracking, and performance evolution. * Contribute to forecasting, time-series analyses, and scenario simulations. * Develop comprehensive reports and executive presentations featuring strong data storytelling. * Translate complex information into clear, actionable narratives for senior leadership and partner departments. * Collaborate closely with Commercial, Growth, FP\&A, Operations, IT, and BI teams—ensuring integration and a unified business view. * Serve as the bridge between data, strategy, and operations—translating needs and strengthening cross-functional alignment. * Support automation and improvements that enhance departmental operational efficiency. * Document methodologies, analyses, routines, and models—strengthening accumulated intelligence and avoiding rework. * Organize performance workflows, rituals, and cadences. * Interpret Nielsen, IQVIA, competitive, and digital penetration indicators. * Connect external data to internal performance—enhancing analyses and identifying business opportunities. REQUIREMENTS * Completed undergraduate degree. * Prior experience in: planning, commercial intelligence, performance management, analytics, business performance, or related areas. * Strong analytical foundation and ability to transform data into hypotheses, insights, and practical decisions. * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Familiarity with digital retail KPIs: * Margin, TKM, Conversion Rate, PA, PM, EBITDA * Time-based comparisons: vs LY, vs LM, LTM, MTD, YTD. * Excellent organizational skills, prioritization, executive writing, and presentation ability. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills with multifunctional departments. * PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: + Experience in Retail, E\-commerce, or Health sectors. + Basic knowledge of GA4, SQL, or visualization tools (reading/interpretation level and effective technical dialogue with BI). + Experience collaborating with BI, FP\&A, Commercial, and Growth teams.
