Ensure efficiency in receiving, storage, picking, and shipping procedures. Monitor product inflow and outflow. Guarantee adherence to delivery deadlines. Track logistics KPIs and operational productivity. Manage and develop the operational team. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization. Prepare managerial reports and monitor departmental goals. Assist in resolving operational issues. Previous experience as Logistics Manager, Logistics Supervisor, Logistics Analyst, or Transportation Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
