Assistance in various HR administrative activities The company is seeking a Human Resources Assistant in São Paulo. LJADM operates in the development of information technology solutions. The company stands out in creating customized systems and applications. **Responsibilities:** Perform daily control, verification, and closure of the electronic time clock. Resolve discrepancies in time entries, such as absences, late arrivals, overtime hours, and time banks. Monitor and adjust work schedules and shifts according to current legislation. Provide support to employees and managers to address time clock-related questions. Generate periodic reports on working hours, overtime, absenteeism, and other metrics. Ensure accurate and timely submission of time clock data for payroll processing. Assist in other HR administrative activities as needed.
