Apply knowledge of Labor Legislation and the CLT to ensure compliance, prevent legal disputes, and safeguard worker well-being. Operate HR systems (HRIS/ERP), human resource management software, payroll systems, and recruitment platforms. Utilize advanced Excel for data organization, analysis, and report generation. Analyze HR data and metrics (People Analytics) to support strategic decisions. Apply R\&S techniques to attract, identify, and hire top talent. Manage benefits and compensation, including calculation, administration, and job classification policies. Implement Occupational Health and Safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate closely with the accounting office.
