The company provides process automation and control services. **Responsibilities:** Provide in-person and telephone reception services to clients, visitors, and employees. Manage access control, perform registrations, direct visitors and service providers. Carry out basic administrative tasks such as organizing mail, managing schedules, and supporting internal departments. Ensure the reception area remains tidy, presentable, and compliant with company standards. Record data in spreadsheets and internal systems using Excel at an intermediate level. Previous experience as a Telemarketing Operator, Receptionist, Sales Assistant, or Store Attendant may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
