Assist customers in selecting travel packages and booking services. Perform check-in and check-out for customers arriving at the agency. Maintain a clean and well-organized reception area. Accurately and systematically record bookings and customer information. Assist customers with issues or complaints that may arise during their travels. Collaborate with other agency staff to ensure high-quality customer service. Previous experience as a Telemarketing Operator, Receptionist, Sales Assistant, or Store Attendant may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. Ongoing undergraduate degree required.
