**Job Description:** We are looking for an HR professional to work in a generalist capacity, ensuring the proper administration of labor processes and supporting the company in fulfilling its legal obligations and developing employees. **Responsibilities:** * Organization and control of electronic timekeeping; * Vacation management (scheduling, tracking, and documentation); * Administration of internal and external training programs and courses; * Direct contact and constant alignment with the accountant; * Control of hires and terminations (onboarding and offboarding of employees); * Guidance to employees and leadership regarding compliance with labor laws; * Ensuring compliance with legal obligations and routine HR department tasks; * Tracking of absences and deductions. **Requirements:** * Degree or currently studying Human Resources; * Knowledge of labor legislation; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and strong communication abilities; * Prior experience in HR is a plus. * Proficiency in Excel; * Familiarity with the Caju benefits management system; **Desired Competencies:** * Proactivity; * Attention to detail; * Ability to handle confidential information; * Strong interpersonal skills. **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Location:** Remote (2 days per month onsite) **Working Hours:** 6:30 AM to 1:00 PM Job Type: Part-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.800,00 – R$2.000,00 per month Expected Weekly Workload: 30 hours per week Benefits: * Internet allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Remote work Education: * Completed Technical Education (Mandatory) Experience: * Caju (Mandatory) * Time tracking systems (Mandatory) * 3 years of experience (Mandatory)
