Esta función exige una alta autonomía para la gestión técnica de las unidades EN SITIO y el apoyo operacional en la planta de Candeias/BA. El objetivo es garantizar la producción continua de gases industriales (LIN, LOX, GAN, GOX) bajo rigurosos estándares de seguridad, calidad y eficiencia energética. **PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES** ### **A. Operación y control de procesos** * **Gestión de parámetros:** Operar paneles y sistemas de control para regular los procesos, atendiendo a las demandas de los clientes y garantizando la eficiencia energética. * **Maniobras críticas:** Ejecutar de forma autónoma el arranque (start-up), la parada (shut-down), la regeneración de purificadores (FEP) y el descongelamiento (deriming). * **Supervisión activa:** Realizar rondas constantes en la zona para identificar señales de alerta o mal funcionamiento, adoptando medidas correctivas inmediatas y operando los sistemas de respaldo cuando sea necesario. * **Calidad:** Realizar análisis laboratoriales de pureza, emitir certificados y garantizar la trazabilidad total del producto. * **Logística:** Coordinar el suministro mediante tuberías y el llenado de cisternas criogénicas. ### **B. Mantenimiento y gestión de activos** * **Mantenimiento multidisciplinar:** Ejecutar y organizar intervenciones preventivas, predictivas y correctivas en sistemas eléctricos, instrumentación, PLC y equipos mecánicos (compresores y sobrealimentadores). * **Resolución de incidencias:** Realizar diagnósticos avanzados en máquinas rotativas y sistemas estáticos (recipientes y intercambiadores) cuyo rendimiento no alcance los niveles esperados. * **Gestión de datos:** Registrar rigurosamente todas las actividades, calibraciones y ensayos en el sistema (órdenes de servicio), facilitando al PCM datos precisos sobre tiempos y materiales. * **Rendimiento:** Supervisar los indicadores clave de desempeño (KPI) de disponibilidad y confiabilidad, gestionando el inventario de piezas de repuesto. ### **C.
