**Job Title:** Integrated Engineering Coordinator (Maintenance, Automation, and Processes)
**Location:** Feira de Santana, BA
**Reports To:** Plant Manager
**Responsibilities**
* Supervise maintenance, production processes, and tooling activities by defining work plans based on needs analysis and resource integration, assigning responsibilities and establishing execution deadlines, guiding and clarifying task-related questions, monitoring and controlling activity flow, identifying negative points and critical factors, implementing preventive and/or corrective actions, contributing to increased productivity and cost reduction
* Build and maintain a skilled and motivated team by defining professional profiles, participating in the selection process, training and developing personnel, setting goals and objectives, monitoring, evaluating, and encouraging the achievement of superior performance standards, sharing information, managing conflicts, providing constructive and positive counseling and feedback, recognizing and rewarding efforts and results, creating opportunities for professional growth and development, aligning individual and organizational objectives to continuously drive performance excellence
* Promote and disseminate a culture of workplace accident/incident prevention, health, and environmental protection, raising employee awareness regarding the importance of using PPE and ensuring proper equipment operation and material handling
* Contribute to maintaining and/or improving corporate competitiveness by analyzing, evaluating, and introducing new concepts, methodologies, tools, and technologies, seeking alternative solutions to everyday challenges, proposing changes to current processes, and ensuring significant gains in productivity, quality, and operational profitability
* Participate in the development of new projects, receiving engineering department requests related to new product design or continuous improvement, evaluating feasibility, reviewing project plans to ensure products meet market requirements and productivity and quality standards
* Ensure equipment and factory facility efficiency and productivity by developing preventive maintenance programs, utilizing application programs (TPM), collecting machine history data, assessing equipment component durability, preparing TPM implementation schedules, completing appropriate forms, analyzing future improvements such as supplier changes, component replacements, etc., supervising installation services—including machinery and equipment construction, layout adjustments, electro-hydraulic-pneumatic installations—scheduling machine shutdowns for maintenance, planning small-scale installation works, maintenance or facility improvement services for factory and office premises, projects and construction, as well as developing and implementing corrective/preventive maintenance work procedures, making necessary modifications and adaptations
* Optimize investments in machinery, equipment, and industrial facilities through studies, analysis, and implementation of suitable projects, equipment selection, and supplier evaluation
* Develop and manage the departmental budget, defining maintenance investment and expense allocations across all areas, monitoring and controlling expenditures, reallocating funds when necessary to achieve established budgetary goals and objectives
* Ensure responsiveness to departmental needs by designing machinery, fixtures, and installations, receiving requirement requests, conducting feasibility and functionality research, using appropriate tools (e.g., AutoCAD) for project development, reporting to the department head, requesting execution, overseeing assembly, and identifying and resolving issues related to dimensions, finishes, etc.
* Manage the Maintenance Department through personnel organization (e.g., staff evaluation, vacation scheduling, shift and role transfers), aiming for effective workforce control
* Perform other related duties
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical
* Relevant management experience in Maintenance, Production Processes, and/or Tooling
* Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency
* Specialized training in machinery and equipment maintenance
* Solid knowledge of industrial and commercial electrical installations
* Familiarity with general machinery and equipment
* Knowledge of project analysis and tracking tools
* Understanding of predictive maintenance techniques
* Ability to develop, implement, and administer maintenance plans
