So, show us what you are made of, because who you are is what we need. *So, show us what you are made of, because who you are is what we need.* Responsibilities / Responsabilidades: * Monitor and record activities performed by teams and suppliers, consolidating information into detailed monthly reports to ensure visibility and tracking of execution against plans. * Monitor expenditures related to the factory cleaning contract, issuing weekly cost reports and comparing them against the budget to ensure financial compliance and prevent budget deviations. * Generate billing orders for contracted services, requesting and processing invoices with the Finance Department and ensuring correct and timely payments. * Request materials and services required for cleaning and maintenance, registering requisitions in SAP and following up on orders to ensure resource availability for activity execution. * Monitor contracts related to cleaning, landscaping, and facility maintenance, verifying deadlines, terms, and contractual clause compliance to ensure services are delivered as agreed. * Monitor the execution of activities by cleaning, landscaping, and facility maintenance teams, conducting periodic inspections and operational alignment sessions to ensure quality and adherence to established standards. * Manage distribution and hygiene of uniforms and various materials, verifying deliveries, organizing documentation, and ensuring proper workflow to maintain compliance with internal standards and meet operational needs. Qualifications / Qualificações: * **Minimum Experience:** 1 year as an administrative assistant or similar role in medium- or large-sized companies, with exposure to management of third-party service providers; * **Education:** Technical diploma in Environmental Studies or Administrative field; completion of a bachelor’s degree program is desirable. * **Additional Courses / Specific Knowledge / Skills:** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; basic English proficiency for reading, writing, and speaking. * **Internal Candidates Under Consideration**
