




We are looking for an **Engineering Manager** to lead multiple engineering teams responsible for client implementations and the development of advanced solutions, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence, building AI agents. This person will play a strategic and operational role, ensuring technical excellence, solution scalability, and continuous value delivery to clients. **Responsibilities:** * Lead multiple engineering teams, ensuring technical and strategic alignment among them. * Plan, monitor, and ensure execution of client implementations. * Guide the development of solutions such as AI Agents, RPAs, and Chatbots. * Ensure ongoing optimization and evolution of AI Agents after implementation. * Act as a bridge between technical and business areas, ensuring clarity of priorities. * Define and track quality, performance, and delivery metrics. * Technically and professionally develop engineers across the teams. * Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, architecture, security, and documentation. Requirements: * Prior experience as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or similar role. * Experience leading multiple engineering teams. * Experience developing digital journeys and AI agents is a plus. * Bachelor’s degree in Technology-related fields (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related). * Knowledge of AI, automation, and integrations. * Leadership and people management skills. * Clear and concise communication. * Strategic vision combined with execution capability. * Data-driven decision making. * Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders.
