The Junior Accounting Analyst is responsible for assisting in the control and analysis of a company's accounting activities, contributing to the application of accounting standards and procedures. This professional works under supervision, performing journal entries, reconciliations, report preparation, and tax calculations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Fiscal / Financial Bookkeeping; * Accounting for Outgoing Transactions (Head Office); * Analyze and allocate prepaid expenses; * Analyze and record depreciation/amortization; * Accounting reconciliations; * Issuance of GNRE (VCE Operation); * Perform general administrative tasks in support of the department, such as: document filing, PAT control, invoice issuance, photocopies, and others. * Analyze and record payroll and related accruals; * Register and monitor contractual amendments and minutes with the Commercial Registry; * Prepare and analyze administrative/financial reports based on accounting indicators; * Control and monitor accruals and exclusions of sales-related expenses (commissions/marketing costs); * Analyze and record group depreciation; * Prepare, analyze, and submit the SPED CONTÁBIL ancillary obligation; * Prepare, analyze, and submit the DIRF – Legal Entity ancillary obligation; * Prepare, analyze, and submit the REINF – VCE ancillary obligation; * Prepare, analyze, and submit the DCTF ancillary obligation; * Prepare financial statements / trial balances; * Review trial balances and financial statements; **Requirements:** * Completed degree in Accounting Sciences; * Prior experience in the Accounting field; * Proficiency in Excel; **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:18
