Do you want to be part of something truly significant and learn extensively, within an environment grounded in ethics, commitment, appreciation, and respect for people? **Then \#JoinEconomart!** **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** --------------------------------- * Restock products on shelves, gondolas, and displays according to the established layout * Check expiration dates and quality of displayed products, removing expired or damaged items * Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas * Assist with inventory control, reporting when product restocking is required * Provide customer service support as needed * Restock fruits, vegetables, and greens at produce stands, ensuring freshness and attractive presentation * Select and discard unsaleable items (damaged, wilted, or spoiled) * Restock perishable goods (dairy, chilled items, packaged meats, frozen foods, etc.) in refrigerators and displays * Monitor refrigeration equipment temperatures to ensure proper product preservation **Therefore, we require that you have:** ----------------------------------------- * Ability to work collaboratively in a team * Flexibility regarding working hours * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Ability to follow workplace hygiene and safety regulations * **This is also an opportunity for first-time employment!** **The following would be advantageous:** ----------------------------------------- * Prior experience as a stock replenisher or in similar roles * Basic knowledge of inventory organization * Familiarity with grocery, produce, and perishable goods * Pro\-activity and strong communication skills **Work Schedule and Hours:** ---------------------------------------- * Rotating 6-days-on/1-day-off schedule (one weekly day off plus two Sundays per month) **What You’ll Find at Economart:** ------------------------------------------ * Market-competitive salary * Transportation allowance or fuel voucher * Meal voucher * Morning and afternoon coffee breaks * Economart Performance Recognition Program (DPE) * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Sesc membership benefits * University partnership: up to 80% tuition discounts at select institutions * Internal career growth opportunities
