**Job Description:** * Monitor and observe images captured on TV monitor screens, and report any abnormal incidents to the team leader; * Respond to the alarm monitoring company and notify the alarm company of any changes occurring at stores; * Monitor virtual perimeters within the surveillance system to identify potential intrusion attempts at stores and distribution centers (CDs).
