Job Summary: We are seeking an apprentice to work in the IT department, assisting with operational and administrative routines, with a focus on support, asset management, and organization. We are looking for an **APPRENTICE** to join our **IT** department, supporting operational and administrative routines. We seek a proactive, organized individual with strong interest in technology and infrastructure. **Responsibilities:** * **User Support:** Assistance with first-level technical support (Help Desk), incident ticket creation, and basic office software support. * **Asset Management:** Organization and control of peripheral inventory (mice, keyboards, cables) and hardware inventory (computers and monitors). * **Administrative IT Routines:** Updating control spreadsheets, registering users in internal systems, and organizing departmental technical documentation. * **Logistics Support:** Assisting with receipt and verification of technology equipment purchased by the company. **What You Bring:** Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.). Fundamental understanding of programming logic. Basic English for technical reading.
