Mandatory Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Technical or undergraduate degree (completed or in progress) in IT is a plus; * Basic knowledge of networking, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication and organizational skills. Desirable (Preferred Qualifications): * Basic knowledge of Linux and Active Directory; * Prior experience in technical support or IT internships; * Brazilian driver's license category B (for field assignments); * Basic technical English. **Work Location:** Company premises \+ client visits (metropolitan region) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, business hours.
