* Assistance with ancillary tax obligations;
* Tax control per project (construction site and SPE);
* Control and verification of SERO/CNO and third-party INSS;
* Support in tax reconciliations, audits, and tax file management;
* Analysis, issuance, and handling of tax documents.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting, Business Administration, or Law (Tax);
* Knowledge of tax legislation, with focus on civil construction and real estate development;
* Experience in tax calculation and ancillary tax obligations;
* Knowledge of tax withholdings in construction and service contracts;
* Intermediate Excel;
* Experience with Sienge ERP system.
