Job Summary: We are seeking an operational specialist for automation and integration between development and infrastructure, ensuring continuous delivery, reliability, and security in hybrid environments. Key Highlights: 1. Acting as an automation and Dev/Infrastructure integration specialist 2. Focus on operations, automation, and support of hybrid environments 3. Ensuring continuous delivery, reliability, and security by design **Role Mission:** We seek a professional to act as an operational specialist in automation and integration between development and infrastructure. Your primary objective will be to operate, automate, and support hybrid environments (On\-Premise and Cloud), ensuring continuous delivery, reliability, security by design, and efficiency in deployment workflows. **Key Responsibilities:** * Orchestration and Containers: Administer Kubernetes clusters (K8s, K3s) and orchestration platforms such as Rancher, ensuring high availability and scalability. * CI/CD and Automation: Configure and enhance CI/CD pipelines (with focus on GitLab CI), ensuring reliable and auditable deployment workflows. * Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement and maintain IaC using Terraform and Ansible, ensuring environment standardization and traceability. * Incidents: Respond to incidents and mitigate impact, focusing on rapid service recovery (MTTR). **Mandatory Requirements (Hard Skills):** * Experience with AWS (EC2, VPC, EKS, S3, RDS). * Solid Linux experience (Debian/Ubuntu or RHEL/CentOS). * Proficiency in Kubernetes (K8s/K3s), Docker, and Rancher. * Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and Ansible). * Proficiency in CI/CD tools, specifically GitLab CI. * Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Ingress/Nginx) and certificate management. **Nice-to-Have (What Will Set You Apart):** * Experience in On\-Premise environments with VMware. * Knowledge of Service Mesh (Linkerd, Istio). * Experience with Object Storage (MinIO). * Knowledge of Relational Databases (PostgreSQL). * Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and log management (Graylog, ELK). **Benefits of Joining Our \#BryTecTeam:** * Development Allowance (after probation period) * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Flexible working hours * Career development plan * Meal/voucher allowance * Remote Work Allowance * GoGood \+ Conexa **Location****Employment Type****Work Model** Florianópolis, SC, BR Full-time CLT Hybrid
