Position Available in João Pessoa (PB): Garde Manger Supervisor Supervise the Garde Manger work teams in the hotel kitchen, delegating tasks, managing performance, ensuring quality, presentation, and variety of dishes served to guests, aiming to uphold the pre-established planning, quality, and food safety standards set by immediate leadership.
