We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions. **PURPOSE AND IMPACT OF THE WORK** ----------------------------------- The Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate the implementation of industry-leading maintenance practices aligned with port requirements. In this role, you will supervise a team performing a variety of medium-to-high complexity activities to maintain capacity utilization and quality standards for reliable operations in the region. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** ------------------------ * Coordinate the implementation of asset-specific equipment strategy for each asset involved in containment and control of high-risk processes. * Implement methodologies to improve operational effectiveness in compliance with regulatory codes and standards. * Support integration of contracted partners and equipment supporting the port workforce. * Partner with regional and global leaders to support area best practices. * Develop the maintenance operating budget to track departmental progress against forecast. * Manage third-party companies within business units. * Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions for direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as your team members. **QUALIFICATIONS** ----------------- **MINIMUM** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent experience. * Proven experience in industrial mechanical maintenance, assembly, heavy machinery, and PCM. * Experience managing workshops and tooling. * Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). **PREFERRED** * Intermediate English. * Experience with quality, control, and investigation tools (Kaizen, DMAIC, RCA, 5 Whys, 5W2H). #LI-Onsite #LI-GE2 At Cargill, all people are important.
