Description

Recruitment and Selection Notice No. 012/2026 – Systems Developer, aiming to establish a reserve registration list for the PERMANENT staff roster, to be assigned to its Unit in the municipality of MACAPÁ/AP. RESPONSIBILITIES Design and perform system analysis; conduct requirements gathering and business rule identification; Develop systems according to institutional needs; Map processes and model data; Define quality standards for process routines, ensure system integrity, document routines and processes, execute operational routines, and develop systems using technologies such as C\#, PHP, JavaScript, object-oriented programming, UML, and design patterns; Monitor and seek improvements for systems under development; Produce documentation analyses specifying all functionalities the new system must deliver; Work with database knowledge and administration; Apply IT governance; plan and implement services related to software engineering and IT project management; Conduct technical visits to Sesc–AP operational units and perform other duties compatible with the position. Professional Experience Proof of professional experience and qualification in the field of Systems Development **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, and/or Technological Higher Education Degree in Systems Analysis and Development Availability Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as well as to travel or undertake inter-municipal trips.
