Send us your resume! **This and all other positions advertised are open to persons with disabilities (PcD)** **Responsibilities and duties** * Support to Units: Provide basic support to other departments as needed, ensuring service continuity; * Remote Support: Assist field technicians remotely, delivering quick solutions to identified issues; * Service Activation: Activate equipment and services for individual customers (PF), following established procedures; * Documentation: Assist in documenting equipment and networks, ensuring information integrity; * Equipment Configuration: Perform initial configuration of telecommunications equipment—such as ONUs, telephony devices, and TV equipment—with supervision. **Requirements and qualifications** **Skills:** Networking; MikroTik / Network topologies; Telecom equipment configuration. **Education:** Currently pursuing Technical Certification in Networking/Information Technology or CCNA; Practical MikroTik training. Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in related fields. **Additional information** **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, 12:00–16:30 and 17:30–21:00; Saturdays, 13:00–17:00.
