We are seeking a **Senior Automotive Maintenance Mechanic** to join the **EAB team** in **Barra Bonita – SP.** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on hydraulic components, including cylinders, motors, pumps, and valves; * Diagnose complex failures in hydraulic and automotive systems; * Carry out disassembly, failure analysis, repair, and reassembly of hydraulic components; * Record technical reports and service orders; * Guide and support the technical development of the team; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed elementary education; * Experience in automotive hydraulic systems maintenance, as well as knowledge of diagnostics; * Residence in Barra Bonita, Igaraçú do Tietê, Macatuba, Jaú, São Manuel, Dois Córregos, Mineiros do Tietê, or Lençóis Paulista – SP; * A technical course in the relevant field is a plus. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process comprises three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application – completing this form and any additional required information. * HR interview – an initial conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview – a more technical discussion about daily responsibilities and challenges.
