Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-level Full-Stack Developer with innovative ideas and a dynamic profile to join our technology team and build internal solutions, with autonomy to determine the best technical approach. Collaboration in multidisciplinary teams using agile methodologies We are looking for a Mid-level Full\-Stack Developer to join our technology team and drive the creation of internal solutions. We seek someone with innovative ideas and a dynamic profile, accustomed to the pace of startups, yet who also understands the importance of methodologies and processes. You will have autonomy to assess requirements and decide the optimal technical approach: either building a robust solution "from scratch" (pure code) or leveraging low\-code/no\-code platforms to deliver value rapidly. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain internal web applications (frontend and backend). Analyze business requirements and translate them into feasible technical solutions, defining scope, timelines, and costs. Evaluate and implement low-code and no-code tools to accelerate MVP development, dashboards, and process automation. Develop solutions "from scratch" (custom code) when complexity or scalability requirements demand it. Ensure code quality, application performance, and system integration. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams following agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum). Create and maintain technical documentation and instructional manuals for developed systems. Essential Requirements: Proven, solid experience as a Full\-Stack Developer (Mid-level). Prior experience in dynamic environments (startups, scale\-ups, or high-performance projects). Proficiency in "from scratch" development: expertise in modern development stacks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or C\# for backend; React, Vue.js, or Angular for frontend). Experience with Low\-Code/No\-Code: hands-on experience developing applications using platforms (e.g., Retool, Bubble, OutSystems, Webflow, or similar). Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL). Experience with APIs (REST and/or GraphQL). Analytical mindset, problem-solving focus, and results-oriented. Nice-to-Have: Knowledge of project management methodologies (Scrum, PMBOK, PMI). Experience with CI/CD tools (DevOps). Experience building dashboards and BI tools. Knowledge of process automation (RPA). A genuine career development plan within an innovative environment.
